Refund Policy

Gulf Coast Property Inspections LLC values transparency and fairness. The following refund policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Full refunds are provided for inspections canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Inspections canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee, or may be non-refundable, depending on circumstances.

  • Clients may request to reschedule an inspection instead of canceling, subject to availability.

After Inspection Begins

​

  • No refunds will be issued once the inspection has started, as time, expertise, and resources have already been committed.

  • ​

After Report Delivery

​

  • No refunds will be issued after the inspection report has been delivered.

  • Inspection fees are for the professional service provided, not the outcome or findings of the inspection.

Access & Safety Issues

​

If an inspection cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, utilities not being available, or other circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund or reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Weather or Inspector Cancellation

​

If we must cancel due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or inspector availability, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
